The Garden House (sleeps 2)

The Garden House (all ground level) is a lovely white-washed wooden cabin. It is beautifully presented and has a light and airy open plan living area with distinct sitting, dining and kitchen areas.

Off the living area are doors to the separate bedroom and the new shower room.

Sitting area: has an electric wood-burning effect stove, 2 armchairs, a sofa, chair, coffee table and a cupboard housing the flat screen TV. There are double doors opening onto the garden.

Dining area: has a good-sized table with 6 chairs.

Kitchen: a newly fitted fully equipped kitchen with a built-in electric oven, microwave and a fridge (with an ice-box).

Bedroom: lovely room with 2 windows overlooking the garden. There are twin beds which can be zip linked to make a super king, a bedside table and lamp, digital radio with a docking station, built-in wardrobes with shelving and hanging space.

Shower Room: a newly fitted good-sized room with a walk-in shower, vanity unit with basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Outside: There is a separate shingle drive, with off-street parking, leading to The Garden House. There is a large garden, mainly lawned with garden furniture.

Laundry Room: Is in an out-house with washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board and sink.

June – September 2027: 7-night stays only, Saturday to Saturday.
Rest of the year: stays of 3 to 21 nights, with flexible check-in days.
